Douglas Moore of Walnut Creek has an accumulated thirty years plus experience in the world of business investments, and his knowledge of the field only continues to grow. Over the course of his impressive career, Mr. Moore has become a part of some big name investors, as well as large and prestigious companies. It was only after twenty five years of success in Wall Street investments that Mr. Moore switched to real estate investments, something he says he did because it more directly aided the community as well as boost the economy. That is why in 2010, Douglas Moore of Walnut Creek became a managing partner with Epic Equity LP. Epic Equity LP and several other LLCs owned by Mr Moore have purchased distressed commercial properties and added capital and improved management and turned them around. .  Private Equity investing has allowed Douglas Moore to enter several different business opportunities that have resulted in increased local employment levels while providing successful and improved community services. .

Douglas Moore of Walnut Creek became a managing partner with the Epic Equity LP because he believed in the mission of improved low income housing and wanted to help improve the community. Mr. Moore set out to do just that in 2010, and still presently is a partner with the group. Through Mr. Moore's many contributions both financially and personally to Epic Equity, he continues to believe further progress can be made on the multi-family properties he owns as well as the other business ventures he is involved with, including Go Green Auto Spa and HOPE 361.  Mr. Moore says that the best model for successful investing is to simply be thorough in the researching of particular investment opportunities and then working hard to create value in turning distressed properties into viable and profitable ones.
